I have used this site in my room for student assessments and the kids loved it. Easy and free to use. I like it because I can use it for real time observations. The other thing that is nice is that you can download a ready made assessment and use that format on this site. (Some of the features are not that great but overall this assessment tool is a winner).

    Enjoy,
My name is Mr. Hyde :-)

    • Cristina Heffernan - This is a great way to start with online data collection. When you want to move to open response or short response check out ASSISTments. I would say it is the next step, or just start with ASSISTments. Check it out. http://www.assistments.org There message is spot on, teachers should let computers do what they are good at so teachers can do what they got into teaching to do.
