    • Mrs. Hubler - Looks amazing! How easy is to set up. I just wanted to ask before I pass it onto the rest of the overwhelmed staff. Think "easy" for the non tech teachers...

    • Mr. Klonowski - I think this is just slightly more challenging than "very easy". We are extremely overwhelmed at my school, and I found this to be one of the easier technology tasks I've tried.

    • Mrs. Hubler - I just tried it this morning and it's very easy! Now we need to get more document cameras in the building. ;)

TodaysMeet as I said in my previous post is the simplest chatroom that I ever used. There are other chatrooms that we can use other than TodaysMeet. Yet these other chatrooms provides extra feature that made them appealing or complicated (depending on the user). These are Chatzy and NeatChat. See more at:

Attention South Carolina Educators! Are your students interested in using virtual worlds as a vehicle for the delivery of instruction? Please take a quick poll of your students and let us know. It will only take a few moments of your time. Thank you so much in advance!

Would you be willing to sign our petition? We are in the process of starting a Public Charter School in South Carolina based on virtual worlds technology (ie: Second Life, or in our case, OpenSim). We need to submit survey results that show we have community support.

Also, if you or anyone you know is a South Carolina resident and would be willing to serve on the Planning Committee, I would welcome an opportunity to send an invitation for a directorship.

Lastly, if you or anyone you know in South Carolina would be willing to write a letter of support or conduct a poll or survey, it would help us a great deal. Thank you in advance for supporting our use of an immersive educational experience to deliver instruction through role-play, historical reenactments, 3D modeling, mock trials, etc.
