    I have been attempting to reset my password for four days, to no avail. Is there a glitch in the system. I have had my students complete several assignments, pretest and quiz. I would love to see and track their results.

    When creating assignments and trying to select individuals from a class, I can only select one student at a time and then have click on the class again and select another student. This is proving very tedious for what I thought would be easy differentiation. Is there something I am doing wrong? Why can't I select multiple students when opting for 'select students'? Thanks!

    When I try to view my students assignment progress, all I am getting is a blank page. I need to see which students are completing their assignments. I've been able to access this all of this school year until now. When I click on it now, all I get is a blank screen. I've tried on my iPad and on my desktop computer.
    • Mrs. Roberts - The reports have been loading very slowly and often not at all. Some help or update would be appreciated here as well.

    How do you delete a student?
    • Mrs. Maxwell - I have NoRedInk separate from Edmodo so maybe it is a different process. Try logging in through the website instead of through Edmodo.

      • Mrs. Schoch - I went to the website, but my classes are last year's classes. I can clearly see how to manage students there. Darn!

      • Ms. Krage - Has anyone been using NoRedInk independently of Edmodo? My students have been using No Red Ink, and I'm just starting to use Edmodo. Will the information automatically sync up?

      • Mrs. Olding - I'm in Canada, so I'm not sure if it's the same, but our accounts would not link. Two years ago I used the website, last year I used the Edmodo app, and this year I went back to the website. I found the app glitchy, and i like being able to look at the student results while entering them in my Edmodo grade book.

      • Ms. DeJesus - If they have an account already it will not sync within edmodo they would have to start again. I believe they have more information on the teacher resources and FAQs pages on their site. Hope this helps.

      • Mrs. Patterson - Can students save a Pre-Test and return to it later? I want to begin using No Red Ink. And, I want to assign a large pre-test, but I want my students to be able to finish it later if needed.

    If I want my students to complete assignments in NoRedInk, do they log into Edmodo first? I am confused as to the relationship to each other.
    • Mrs. Roblyer - Since I downloaded it, is it automatically in the students' Apps Launcher?

      • Mrs. Woods - Yes, once you install it to your groups, your students will have access through their Apps Launcher.

However, if I click on "assignments", it shows that there "aren't any students" in the class. The same empty message appears in the" Progress" page. Any advice from veteran app users?

        How would I go about deleting a class. I accidentally added the app to one of my Professional Learning groups on edmodo.

    It appears that NoRedInk is not responding to questions. NoRedInk, please respond to this as I do not want to download it if there is no support. Thank you.
