    Good afternoon, I'm from Italy.
I wanted to use mindmeister with my students but the system tells me "For licensing reasons, this application is not available in your country at this time.". 😕_(
It will be possible in the future?
    Thank you

I'm interested in purchasing this app for my students this upcoming school year, but I don't notice any activity since 2014 regarding teacher talk. Is the program functioning in Edmodo? Also, does the program now work if students are using Edmodo on an iPad or Android?

A mind map can offer a great overview of an entire topic. You can prepare maps for your students or ask them to create a mind map based on what they learned in class.

How can students brainstorm collaboratively using technology? Here's a great workflow, outlined by the Cool Cat Teacher Vicki Davis:

Have you seen our new hand-written map theme yet? What do you think?

I purchased the Edmodo app, but when I go to "share" the Mindmap the option to generate a link is grayed out. I have tried on two different devices from my account and from a student account. Is this something I can fix? I read the "help" material, but there was nothing about "turning on" this feature.

Thanks again for any help you can offer :)

I am very interested in using the MindMeister Edmodo app in my classroom. I just watched the introductory video and see that MindMeister works on "mobile devices." Yet, on the Edmodo app page I do not see the "ipad friendly" image. Is the Edmodo app work on an ipad?

Thanks so much for any information you can provide!
    • Ms. Rodriguez - Great. Thank you so much for the information! I have one more question. I did end up purchasing the Edmodo app, but when I go to "share" the Mindmap the option to generate a link is grayed out. • MindMeister - Hi again,
The share via link feature was originally disabled for the Edmodo version to ensure that maps are only being shared in the educational context of the classroom, but we understand that it is very useful in some cases and will thus enable it with our next app update!

      • Ms. Rodriguez - Thank you so much. I would really like my students to be able to submit their mind maps via an "Edmodo assignment"and the link feature would make that incredibly simple. For now, I will ask them to "share" it with me using the app directly. I really look forward to the next update :)
