Anyone else finding that "random" is not so random with this latest update? It keeps picking the same four or five kids over and over again. Previously, it did an excellent job of picking randomly.
    • Mr. Goodelle - seeing the same problem as well.

      • Mr. Leitzel - Try Random Name Picker from Classroom Tools.
You could also use the Random button on Class DoJo.

      • Mrs. Watford - That's what I'm using Mr. Leitzel, random. I don't want to use another program. I've started picking random for the first kid and letting that kid pick the next and so-on. It makes it easier than clicking random again and again.

      • Mr. Gonzales - Hi, I've purchased the "science of stress" for my classes but it's not showing on the iPad edmodo app. Only able to see the app through the safari browser. Can we please fix this?

    • Mr. Hart - It's time to start a revolution - not one based around tech or the next new strategy or research, but rather centered around relationships.

can teachers "share" classes on classdojo? So if we have the same students we can both add points....
    • Mrs. Wilcox - Yes. On the home page where you see the boxes that represent each class, look in the top right corner of the box for your class. There is a little pull down arrow. Click on that and there is a "Share" link that will allow you to send and email invite to the teacher you would like to share with.

Anyone else having trouble with pictures that they added as Avatars not showing up? They worked fine before, but the last couple of days, my students who have Avatars other than the classdojo monsters or critters just show up as a blank spot with a name.

Where is the ClassDojo app for Edmodo?
    • Mr. Hurst - There isn't an app within Edmodo, but they do have a community page.

Is anyone else having major problems trying to log in to ClassDojo today? Website seems to have changed, only have IE as a browser from work (no other options) so can't try a different browser and can't get past log in screen.
    • Ms. Travers - I've had the same problem the past two days. Very frustrating but as you said, good to know it isn't just my school :)

      • Mr. Wei Yang - you so weird

        • Sep 3, 2014
      • Mrs. Price - All ok now. Seems to have been issues at ClassDojo's end, not local issues. Thanks for responding guys, sometimes it's good to know you're not alone! Mr. Yang, I'm afraid your comment was neither helpful nor polite, but I'm hoping it was a translation error.

      • Mr. Abujafar - I been using Edmodo for grade 4 and 5 last year , this year I will be teaching from K to 5

What I use for each grade level ? Class Dojo , Edmodo ?? please help

        • Aug 28, 2014
      • Mr. Daniel - Personally, I would use classdojo for all of those Grade levels, I feel Edmodo is better suited to secondary school as it requires more attention from the students.
