    Hi,

    I have been having trouble logging into Class Dojo on my laptops. It is working on our class ipads, but it will not let me log on to the computer. This has worked for me in the past, but since last Monday has not been working. Thank you!
    • Ms. Turpel - Thanks for the reply. I've tried to get to the email for them and it won't let me! I go to the "Contact" page, select that I am a teacher, and it takes me to a weird page with a bunch of computer code. By any chance, do you have their email?

    • Mrs. LaRocco - Oh yes, every 10 negative points a student receives is an after school teacher detention. I also work very hard to get the parents signed up by calling and sending emails, etc.

      • Mrs. Rand - I use it with my 7th and 8th graders, they love it. My 7th graders can get off task easily, they re-focus immediately when they hear the negative sound.

    Dear friends, I have successfully used classdojo for 2 years now. Students, parents, administrators love it. But I am the one who loves it the most! It is such a powerful tool in my classes that I am creative a bulletin board just for classdojo. I WOULD absolutely LOVE to have some postcards, logos, little avatars or anything that you could provide to decorate my board and even my classroom! I tried to print your free stuff (thank you!) but I have no access to a color printer and it would not look as pretty as it is! Can you help?

    Is anyone else that have an IPhone having issues with ClassDojo app? I am still on the IOS 6 and it was working until I updated it the other day and the app will not open. I tried to delete it and reload it serval times but it did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
    • MC. René Solis Reyes - I was using it, but is too sensitive I comited various errors by touch, that need the MBP to change it. So Will wait for and UNDO funtion on the Iphone APP (using ios 7)

    Hi there.

    I used ClassDojo last year. Right now I cannot use it at my school, but my wife wants to do it. When I was trying to teach her how to use ClassDojo I realized that clicking on a student sometimes gives 1 point and sometimes I need to click twice to get 1 point. The same occurs with negative behaviors.

    Is this normal? or it's a bug?

    • Mr. Warkentin - I use ClassDojo mainly with my iPhone. Rarely have any problems at all. I only rarely have to show the students the browser screen. The positive and negative sounds are effective enough.
      Tomorrow, though, I'm auctioning off prizes, with their CDojo points as the currency.
      Doesn't address your browser issues, but I thought I'd share anyway. What a great tool Class Dojo is!

    • Ms. Rice - This problem was asked of ClassDojo last year, and they had no solution then. Their only reply was to delete a student, and add them to the desired class. I think if enough people contact the developers of CD, we might be able to get what we are asking for.

    Good Morning, I was wondering if there is a way to see all of my students individual points in one screen or in a one page print out? Currently, I can see the total for the class or I can check on each student individually and see their total. I use this to give them class dojo badges on Edmodo based on levels and they also can use their points for our student store.

    On a daily basis I reset their points on the screen so they know that they have a fresh start on behavior for each day.
    • Ms. Zelina - When you end class and see the points for the entire class, on the left, under student logins, it should say % positive. Click on that and click "most positives" then instead of their percent, their total points will show up beside their names.

    Good morning,

    Is there a way you can create option for us to take attendance through the app? Sometimes I can't get to my computer between classes and it seems it would be so much easier. Just a suggestion.

    Does anyone know how to print the end of the year reports on ClassDojo? I have forgotten how to do that and I wanted to use them for my parent teacher conferences next week.

    I have 22 students. All of my students are in Class Dojo. When I have the avatars up it does not show one of my students. I go to edit the student and he is there. How do I fix this?
    • Mr. Havens - If your avatars are in three rows of seven, he might be there but you just don't see him. Try making your screen smaller. For Windows Hold down Ctrl and Minus sign, for Mac: Command and minus sign.

    Hiya. I have students listed on my teacher report as "not signed up yet" but they have shown their dashboard to me where they are clearly registered in my class. I think these students already created an account with a previous class and added mine later. Would that make a difference?
    • Ms. Christian - I had the same problem. I think it's because they already had an account. I just made my students create a new account - then it worked.

    How do you delete students' points if you mistakenly awarded points to absent students.
    • Mrs. Villasana - if you go to the reports page, click on the individual child, each point is listed, on the right of each point is a small, nearly invisible link to "remove"
