    I'm trying to figure out if my app will expire and what the paid subscription costs

      Sorry for the delayed response - we were not notified of this message!

      Edmodo refreshes app licenses every 365 days from when you install them. I think you will be able to reinstall and your data will still be there. If there are any hiccups, please email help@activelylearn.com and we can restore any data for you!

    Hello, I have one student in two of my Edmodo classes. One for Humanities and one for Classic Lit. He shows up as a student in the Classic Lit. in Edmodo, but when I go into the classic lit class in Actively Learn it says, "There are no students in this Edmodo group yet."

    When he logs into Actively Learn from his Classic Lit. Edmodo page, it takes him to the Actively Learn page from his Humanities class.

    What do we do?

      Hi Mr. Wolf,

      It appears your class, Classic Lit, did not import properly. While we investigate that, I was able to add the missing student to the class in the meantime. They should be good to go.

    Hello. Having problems with the Edmodo app. The titles do not match the classes I've created. Also, sometimes, when I select the app, it does not log myself or my students in. Help, please.

    Hello! Me again! When I open the app in Edmodo I am getting a white screen again, in Chrome and Firefox.

    Please help! When I open the Edmodo Actively Learn app in Firefox, I get a a white screen. When I open it in Chrome I get Henry Lyford's account :-(.In my manage apps area I see that is installed to my classes. I have content that I need to grade and add so help with this would be much appreciated!

      I've just started using it with classes and am super happy so far and excited about the possibilities!! And yes, you do work fast!!!! I even got a response for email support :-)

    Getting this error when trying to log in to the Edmodo version of ActiveyLearn
    There was an error. Please try to re-launch the app or contact the app administrator.
    Invalid value for 'encryptedTicket' parameter.
    I had to use the web-based version of AL and all my students had to create new accounts and Join the classes I made.
    Is there a fix?

      Hi Mr. Belprez,

      Thanks for notifying us and sincere apologies for the inconvenience. This issue occurred when there was a problem un-installing AL then re-installing it. It was fixed in our system a while ago, but *after* you might have un-installed AL.

      In any case, we've fixed it for your account, so can you please try logging in through Edmodo again?

    I used Actively Learn briefly with my students. Then, it started giving an error preventing me from accessing it. I cannot get past the error now! I have deleted cookies for the site, to no avail. The error presented is:

    There was an error. Please try to re-launch the app or contact the app administrator.
    Invalid value for 'encryptedTicket' parameter.

    That's all I get - no continue, nothing. I have emailed the app contact, gotten an autogenerated ticket, and heard nothing else.

      Please check your inbox for some good news! This issue occurred when there was a problem un-installing AL then re-installing it. It's now fixed in our system and you shouldn't see it again.

    I just started using the Actively Learn app with my 8th graders and we are all loving it. If my school decides to go Pro with it, can we still use it through Edmodo? Using it through Edmodo is really the best!
