I have taught EFL to adults in Barcelona for nearly 40 years and still enjoy it My current interests are in getting students to record themselves in and out of class. One benefit is that this way speaking is more on a par with writing. The teacher reads/listens to what the students have produced and gives feedback to them individually and sometimes as a class. The best type of feedback and how effective it is is always open to discussion
