I've been teaching for 22+ years. I began my career as a Special Educator, and eventually moved to the "regular classroom setting." I LOVE teaching! I think I've found my niche in working with intermediate students. (currently teaching grade 6) Sixth graders are capable and curious...and I enjoy seeing how they mature and grow throughout the school year. I am interested in using Edmodo to enhance my PLN, find resources that will engage my students, and extend learning beyond my classroom walls.
