I am Susana Mayrides. I am one of many Spanish teachers at Carolina Spring Middle School. I teach 6th grade.



A little background on who I am...



I graduated from the University of South Carolina after having studied at La Universidad del Valle in Guatemala City, Guatemala.



I am a native of Guatemala and came to the United States in 2001.



I am a Language and Literature Specialist who has taught at the American School and another private school in Guatemala and I have been involved with Lexington School District 1 for over a year now.



I am married and have 2 children: Alex is in 12th grade and Steffan is in 5th grade.
