I am fortunate to be a Choctawhatchee Indian since 1997! I started my Florida career as a College Resource Advisor, and transitioned into the classroom in 1999. I teach in the Social Studies department, and have taught everything except psychology and economics!

I graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder (B.A.- Communications) and have a M.S.- International Relations from Troy State University (now Troy University). As a former military "brat" and A.F. wife, I have lived in Asia (Okinawa, Japan and the Philippines) and in Europe (Italy and Germany), and have had the pleasure of travelling to MANY places- what great training and opportunities I've been given to share this world with my students!

I love to share our history with students, and REALLY love to share about our political processes! It's great to be a citizen!
