Is there a specific extension I can dial to talk to an actual person in Sales at Mastery Connect? I have called a bunch of times and every time I get a voicemail box which no one has replied. I've tried the contact comment webpage too and no reply there either. I just want to know if my school can purchace MC with a purchase order or if it has to be a credit card.- May 8, 2013

I'm relatively new to Mastery Connect. I'm still playing around with the free version. Question: Does the tracker use the most recent assessment to determine "Current Status" What do you do with those students that do nothing for 6 weeks and then take the final and get lucky with mastery or near mastery. Should a student that has demonstrated mastery on only one assessment get the same grade as a student that has been able to show mastery across many assessments. Or does this thinking fly in the face of SBG?
