Unveiled a fun program yesterday called "Launchpad Toytivities" for parents, teachers, and kids to create and play collaboratively using Toontastic. The first Toytivity: Create a Campaign Ad and "persuade" voters on what you'd change as their leader. Lots of great commercials popping up on ToonTube today :)

Launchpad Toys - Staci - At the moment Toontastic is iPad only and while we don't have any immediate plans for other devices like a computer, we'll keep that in mind for the future. Any other ideas or thoughts you may have about the app are greatly appreciated.

Dr. George - Thanks! I have a question for you. I downloaded the free app first and then downloaded the All Access iPad app. So now I have two apps on my iPad. Do I need to keep the free version? The icons for both look the same but the All Access app gives access to everything, right?

Launchpad Toys - Hi Peggy - no, there's no need for both. The All Access and Free versions are functionally the same app, but All Access comes with all the characters and settings unlocked. With that said, deleting the Free app will delete all the cartoons made with that version of the app unless you upload them to ToonTube, so just make sure there aren't any gems hidden in there :)

Since its launch, over 850,000 kids have made 2.5 Million cartoons in 150 countries around the world.
