CALLING ALL BEGINNING TEACHERS!!!!!!!!
I created this group called Beginning Teachers. It is aimed as a platform for beginning teachers to help each other out, chat to each other and swap resources.
Please feel free to invite other beginning teachers (approximately 0-5 years experience.) We currently have members of the group with 6 and 7 years experience, so we are not very strict on experience! Also if you have twitter/other social networks, feel free to pass on the message. The more, the merrier!!
I thought it would be a good platform to help each other out. The Join URL is:

We are very proud to unveil an upgrade to our popular Route Creator tool! Most notably, it has been renamed the Lesson Planner! The new Lesson Planner still allows teachers to gather resources from around the Espresso site, but now to create their own quizzes, build classes, set assignments and track student usage on Espresso! -

Today we added a new module to Espresso - Fractions and Decimals.
Use the videos to introduce and reinforce fraction and decimal concepts. The Fraction Wall activity is a great visual model for students to compare and practice recognizing fractions and their equivalent decimal notation. -
