Louie K. - I don't really understand the theme of Water Names, it really just sounds like a fiction story. (Feb 8, 2010)

Mr. Lopez - As I was reading it, I thought that the grandma was more connected to the story than first thought...maybe she was telling a story about herself... Remember the line about her wanting her family to not forget Chinese? Something tells me that that's the theme... (Feb 8, 2010)
