Your task is to choose 5 interesting facts from the websites below. Your facts must have a number of 1,000 or more. For example “The human body contains 70,000 miles of blood vessels.” After you have selected your facts you will need to convert each number into scientific notation. For example “The human body contains 7.0 x 104 miles of blood vessels.” After you have compiled all of your data you will need to create a glog that includes your data in standard form, your data in scientific notation, and a picture that relates to the data.

Include: Title, Name, Images, definition of scientific notation and its uses, the procedure for conversion and your 5 facts. If you want an "A", then also embed a video highlighting the uses of scientific notation in the real world or a link to an online activity to practice scientific notation skills.

When you are finished you will need to post a link to your glog when you turn in your assignment. All comments must be posted by the end of class on Tuesday (11/29).
