1. Create a video tutorial with the 12 steps we have identified in class you need to put together a wireless home network 25pts.
You will also be graded on:

6. Saved as a video and uploaded to Edmodo 5pts. -
Identify The Following Networking Components
Follow the steps below to complete your assignment.
1. Right mouse button click on the 7 images below (one at a time).
2. Create a new folder in your my documents folder, when you see the diaglog box appears, and call it "networking components."
3. Download each image by clicking on save.
4. Open each image in Fireworks and name the component. You may use the internet to try to identify it.
5. Submit the new image as your answer.
6. The first person to get the right answer gets a triple point badge.-

Directions:
- Scale about center is done by keeping Ctrl pressed while using the Scale tool, Scale + Option on a Mac. (More Scale about center fun is on the Tweaking page.)
- Alternative tips:
- Triple-click the model to select everything with the Select tool instead of dragging a selection box around the model.
- Open the Soften Edges palette from the Window menu to soften the coplanar edges of the inner face instead of softening edges one-by-one. Double-click the inner face to select all the edges and check the Soften colanar box in the palette window.

Eduardo B. - Most everyone today has technology somwhere in their lives. Technology is the most important thing in today's world and would'nt be possible without the government funding programs. The USA is going to advance with all of this new technology. -
Quadre B. - If the government stopped funding, then we wouldn't be able to attain the technology that we need. Many people grow up using technology, and when there are certain governments and companies, they use computers and high grade technology. If people cannot research, then technology would be slowed, and things wouldn't be the same. -
Rashawn S. - Most of the people in the world has technology today. If they stop funding this kind of stuff alot of people couldnt get most of the stuff we have today. Kids grow up getting used to the technology and know about the technology when they are being raised. If we cant improve our technology we can only downgrade the things we have today. And technology needs to be improved. -

Darrin W. - Technology advances occur so often that the government which does not advance falls behind. Without funding theese advances can not be made and the quality of life, as well as our world influence woud steeply decline. The i pad is a perfect example. This invention has opened up soo many doors for us, wether it is playing games, used as a learning device (APS), or used to run multi-million dollar coorperations, it has impacted us greatly
