Follow each set of directions listed on the right side of the page, starting with "DST: Gather Images." Be sure to complete each direction, and ask for help if you get stuck on something. DO NOT SKIP AHEAD OR CUT CORNERS!!!

After exporting your movie, play it for two classmates. Ask them to judge the volume levels to be sure they can hear your voiceover clearly above the background music. You might need to rework your audio levels and re-export.

Third, for your images, you must use images that have specifically been labeled for reuse. Check out http://adamswriting.com/teaching/resources/fa... to find images that are available for our use. Remember to create an MLA citation for the web page where you find each image that you use, then add that MLA citation to your resources section of your CSP PPT.

IMPORTANT: If you download large images, use http://pixer.us to resize the images to around 500x500 pixels. Ask for help if you are confused.

Decorate your PPT tastefully, using appropriate backgrounds, relevant images, and/or basic animations.

Digital Portfolio Assembly and Turn-in Assignment

After completing CSP Docs Part 1 and Part 2, you are ready to assemble your digital portfolio. You must have all four portfolio documents uploaded in googledocs in order to proceed with this assignment.

1. First, find the portfolio homepage at https://docs.google.com/a/etownschools.org/do... and make a copy (FILE > MAKE A COPY).

2. Change the name of your file to yourlastname_cc2B_portfolio, changing "2B" to the period/day you have Core Comm.

3. Customize "Name Name Name" to your full name, "Career Name," "Mentor Name," and "Business Name" to match your shadow/research information.

4. At the bottom of your portfolio homepage, you must provide four MLA citations: one for your interview, and one for each of your three website research sources. They must be in alphabetical order, centered, with a line skipped between each citation.

5. Go to http://adamswriting.com/teaching/core-communi... and follow the directions for publishing and linking your documents and portfolio homepage.

6. Check the scoring guide at https://docs.google.com/a/etownschools.org/do... to make sure you have completed the assignment in a manner that will earn you an excellent grade.

Make a copy of the overview in googledocs (FILE > MAKE A COPY...) and rename it "lastname_research".
