Greetings and Welcome Aggie Freshman:

For many of you this will be your first class devoted exclusively to Media Literacy. What is Media Literacy and what will we be doing in this class many of you may ask.

First of all we will be using no paper at all in this class; everything will be done using this Edmodo page - you will communicate with each other; upload assignments and communicate with me right here. All of the assignments and resources we use in this course will be posted here.

In this class you will learn about free Web 2.0 tools for your projects in other classes; you will learn how to evaluate websites; you will learn how to cite all of your sources using the school Noodletools account and you will learn how to use the subscription databases to help you with all of your other subjects.
