I am a second grade teacher at Rivers Edge Elementary School. As a teacher, I try to ignite a ‘fire’ by seamlessly integrating technology in all facets of the curriculum. The students of today are ‘Digital Natives,’ well versed in many aspects of technology. I strive to expand upon their interest and help students develop 21st century skills which will further enable them to become critical thinkers who can create, analyze, evaluate, and apply the concepts they have learned. It is my goal, as a teacher, to constantly look for innovating and engaging ways to teach content.
