Demystifying technology and data for education professionals is a passion for me. In my role as District Data Specialist & Assessment Coordinator and Technology Trainer for the Wilmington Public School district, opportunities abound to support teachers and administrators as they seek to reach all students. As an experienced middle and high school teacher, I understand the challenges teachers face in mixed-ability classrooms as well as the value of using data to refine instruction. Prior to entering the teaching profession, I worked for over 10 years as a research scientist in a variety of settings, including NASA’s Kennedy Space Center. Recent presentations have included the Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference, MassCUE and Classroom 2.0’s Digital Learning Summit.
