I have been an Instructional assistant for six years, for the Resource Room at Mountain View ES. In the last two years our school has gone to inclusion. I am still learning the layout of this program and to use it effectively in the classroom. I love being around my students, they bring out good qualitites in me, like patiences and calmness. I learn something new every day when working alongside wonderful teachers. I admire what they do and love working with them. I am very excited to be in the Technology Academy so I can bring this information back to the other assistants.
