I began my teaching career in 1998 and have been a part of the Dent family since 2000. Prior to coming to Dent, I taught two years at the high school level and dedicated nearly five years of my life to teaching with adult education. I am a graduate of the University of South Carolina (BS 1998) and Webster University (MA 2001). I pride myself as being a team player, and one of my favorite quotes is "Mistakes are not permanent failures." My firm belief that anyone can achieve anything as long as he or she is willing to work tenaciously to achieve it is one of the reasons I decided to pursue a career in education.
