I teach because I want to help people understand their own physiology and psychology, as well as their place in the living world around them. I hope that this sort of perspective can nurture a more compassionate outlook in students. I teach biology at all levels, including IB, and I can teach art too if you ask me nicely. :) Enivronmental issues, social justice and ecology are areas of interest that inform my teaching.
