I teach new technologies to Grades K-8 in the LRC of our school.
Grade K-3--Online Reading sites, Easy Drawing sites, and Easy Research.
Grade 4 - Enforcing Word skills taught in their computer class, image insertion into document, creating images and Scootpad.
Grade 5 - Using Kerpoof to draw pictures, create stories, and make movies.
Grade 6- Working on creating logic games with Gamestar Mechanic.
Grade 7 - Shark Tank. Children are developing an invention prototype, using Word skills to create a letter in proper form, and using any type of Media presentation tools to present their inventions to a panel of judges. Also working with Edmodo for collaboration.
Grade 8 - Working with Weebly in creating their own monitored website and blog. Using html code to move items into their website/blog. Working with Voki to create animated avatars for their website. Also working with Edmodo for collaboration.
