I have worked in BCSD for the past 21 years...having taught Kindergarten, First and Second grades. I have worked with some amazing teachers in five different schools in our district...all of whom are still my dear friends and colleagues. I have seen great changes and challenges in our schools. I am now fortunate enough to do what I am most passtionate about and that is the professtional growth and development of our newest teachers. As a Lead Mentor Teacher, I work with Induction Teachers at the Elementary level on a daily basis to support them as they begin their journey in the Educational field. It is not only my passion but my privilege!! Growing our profession is key to teacher retention.......and I love what I do!
