I am the transition specialist for the south area high schools. This includes Atlantic HS, Spanish River HS, Olympic HS. Boca Raton HS, West Boca Raton HS and two transition programs. The two transition programs are Project ACCESS at Olympic Heights and Project ACCESS at Boca Raton HS on the campus of Lynn University.
