My professional interests include language acquisition and secondary forms of education that allow students to gain applicable technical skills that will help support their academic endeavors. I believe exposure to different cultures, working environments, and focus on work-ethic will better prepare individuals to capitalize on opportunities towards success.

I've worked in many areas: construction, food service, fitness, timber, and precious metals industries. I spent five years teaching English as a secondary language with the TOEFL program, working with international students and Korean Criminal Justice Department. I speak English, Spanish, and working on my Japanese.

I'm currently teaching 7th grade ELAR in South Texas, USA. I've been working with the Texas Public School District since 2001. Definitely see a need for massive restructuring at the mid-management level of US public schools.
