Happy 2012-2013 School Year! My name is Corey Slater and I will be teaching 4th Grade. I am very excited to be teaching here at Okatie Elementary.

I am 27 years old. I am from Davison, Michigan. I went to college at Ferris State University, which is on the West side of Michigan. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. I moved down to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 2009 to start my teaching profession. I currently reside in Hilton Head.
