Andy is an avid user of technology. Through his work with educators throughout the province of Manitoba, he advocates the use of the many tools afforded by emerging technologies, including blogs, wikis and podcasts. In his pursuit to provide 'just-in-time' professional learning opportunities for learners of all ages and stages, he's been exploring the ways in which these tools can be used more effectively to improve the teaching and learning at all levels.
