About Ms. Melissa Motes

I am a 8th grade social studies teacher from Mobile, AL. I have taught World History for the past 13 years. I love history! I also love reading, dancing, music, and traveling.

My goal since the 5th grade has been to travel to every country in the world. So far, I have traveled to Mexico, Canada, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, France, UK (England, Scotland, Wales), Ireland, South Africa, Italy, Vatican City, Greece, and Turkey. I have also visited all 50 states.
