Content: understanding postsecondary "language", transcripts, concurrent enrollment; exploring careers, matching career to postsecondary education/training; applying for and touring colleges, meeting professionals, finances/budgeting for life after hs, soft skills, individual postsecondary plan/portfolio.
-Case Manager - 6th, 7th, 8th pds: 1-on-1 coaching on career exploration, nontraditional postsecondary, internships, and apprenticeships.
