About Mr. Jesse Leake

My name is Jesse Leake and this is my second year teaching at Edmond Memorial High School. I am originally from Worland, Wyoming where I graduated in 2004. During my time there I played Football, Basketball, Track, and Baseball, marched in Band, sang in the choir, was President of FCA and the student body Vice President. After graduation I moved to Edmond to attend Oklahoma Christian University.

At Oklahoma Christian University I studied Science Education, Music, Physical Education and Vocational Ministries. While there I ran Track, competing in Pole Vault, Javelin and Decathlon. I was a member of a social service club Kappa Sigma Tau, serving as Athletic Director and Historian.

While at OC, besides track and my studies I was privileged to be a member of new Reign, an acappella group. From 2005 - 2009 I traveled with them across the country, Japan and Canada. Here are some links to videos of our group performing.

This is my 4th year teaching here in Edmond public schools. My fiance, Kay Lynn teaches at Orvis Risner elementary. Over the past few years we have been very involved in athletics and FCA.

I have 3 siblings, 2 brothers and 1 sister. My sister is a senior in high school and little brother is a junior at Oklahoma Christian. My older brother works in Arkansas with his wife and son.
