I have been teaching resource and collaboration classes in the Wayne County Schools for 12 1/2 years now. My first two years of teaching were in the 7th grade at A.J. LLoyd Middle School. After nine years in the elementary grades at Bell Elementary, I have returned home and am currently teaching 8th grade at Wayne County Middle School. I love my job, especially on those days when I get to leave feeling like I have made a difference in the life of at least one of my students.
