29 years in Elementary Education. Most experienced in working with multiage classrooms 1/2, 2/3 k/1/2. Firm belief in providing a child centered, differentiated classroom. My educational philosophy has been mostly influenced by the Montessori Method and the Accelerated Schools Program. Integration and Rigor are my strengths and I am excited to see that the new Common Core Curriculum addresses the way children learn best! I am currently serving as the Instructional Coach at Manchester Elementary School.
