I have been teaching since 1999. I have three children of my own, Margot, Conor and Kendre. They are old now; in their twenties. I am originally from Michigan and still have the accent to prove it. I try to spend my summers there with my Mom. She lives in a log cabin on a tiny lake in the woods. I have a Native American Indian Dog named Catori (meaning - "Spirit"). He is considered a Spirit Dog of the Native Americans because he is white. The Native Americans believed the Spirit dogs could communicate with the spirit world.
