I am currently in my 21st year of teaching. This year I teach K-12 vocal/instrumental music, all of the music at our school. I have been part time most of the past eleven years, but am back to full-time this year. Professionally, I belong to the Nebraska State Education Association, Nebraska Music Educators Association, Nebraska Choral Directors Association, Nebraska State Band Directors Association and all of their corresponding national organizations.

I am the mother of two children who keep me busy with dance practice, piano lessons, band, and sports. My husband teaches history and coaches at the 7-12 level. In my free time I love to read. I also love to work in the garden and with our flowers. I play piano for my church and belong to a few local organizations. Traveling is becoming a favorite summer and Christmas vacation pastime.
