About Mrs. Julia Polak

I've been teaching something for over forty-two years,and I'm not done yet!
I was honored with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Elementary Science Teaching for 2006, and have been president of both the Nebraska Association of Teachers of Science and the Nebraska Academy of Sciences.
I've been married to the same patient man for nearly 40 years, and we are the proud parents of two grown daughters and one very amazing grand-daughter.
