I'm proud to be the fifth grade, single-gender girls' teacher at Hilton Head Island Elementary School! Our classroom of 25 outstanding ladies demonstrates the I.B. attitude of caring each day. We are preparing for the final step in the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program: Exhibition, where we demonstate our abilities to change the world through taking action within the school and surrounding community.

I have been teaching elementary school for four years; I received my bachelor's degree in journalism/history from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in Riverdale, New York, and my master's degree in elementary education from The University of South Carolina in Columbia.

I believe that all students are capable of tremendous achievement both inside and outside the classroom. It is my mission to help each student realize her full potential and use the I.B. attitudes she has developed in order to make the world a better place!
