My name is Jimmy Black. I am a second year Criminal Justice teacher at Cape Fear High School. I recently retired from the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office where I held the rank of Major. I also worked for the Cumberland County School System from 2003 through 2005 as the Director of Security and Safety. Cumberland County is a great place to live and work.
