I was born and raised in Brazil and moved to North America in 1993. I got my degree in Biology and Education from UFRGS, in Brazil. I lived in Canada from 1993 to 1998 and moved to the US in 1999, first to Boston, then to New Orleans and, now, Houston (since 2005).
