About Mr. William Parnell

I am 12th year teacher in Cumberland County and have spent all but one year teaching at South View High School. I am the AP Calculus and IB Math SL teacher at SVHS. I earned a BS of Mathematics from North Carolina State University. I also have a MEd in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University. In addition to my degrees I have attended several AP training sessions as well as IB Math training. I have also taught AP Computer Science, summer school, and night school.
