About Ms. Mary Schmid

I am the new High School Connections Program Coordinator at Fayetteville Technical Community College. I oversee the HSC program, which allows high school juniors and seniors to earn college credit for free at FTCC.

Previously, I spent a little over four years as guidance counselor at South View High School in Hope Mills, NC.

I graduated from the SUNY University at Buffalo with a BA in Psychology and Master's in School Counseling. I hold a permanent certification in the state of NY and am on the final year of my license cycle in NC.
