About the Teacher Credentials and Personal Information This will be my 12th year teaching math.  I graduated with my Master of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. So yes, I am a Tennessee Volunteer fan!!  I have a Master of Education in Educational Administration from the University of South Carolina. I am certified In Elementary Education, Gifted and Talented, Administration, and highly qualified in Middle School Math. I enjoy going to the beach, traveling, going to sports' events, and spending time with my family. My husband and I have two children. Jack (5) starts Kindergarten at PHES this year and Max (3) attends pre-school at Pisgah Child Development. I am very excited about the 2012-2013 school year! Please contact me with any questions. It is very important that each student completes the homework assignments.  It is great practice and many of the quiz/test questions come from previous homework assignments.  I check homework assignments for completion at the beginning of class. Each student is responsible for getting missed assignments and notes.  Homework will be posted daily in the room and on Edmodo.
