Welcome to U.S. History! I am so excited to have a new group of 8th graders. This year we will cover the years 1607 to 1876. This includes English colonization of America, the American Revolution, the creation of the Constitution and takes us through the Civil War. It is always exciting to see the students make connections between events in history and present day.
