Hello...I'm the new Special Education Coordinator for Learning Disabilities. Before joining the Special Education Department ranks at the District Office, I served at St. James Middle (Go Eagles!) for two years. Prior to that, I served as an Elementary Principal for four years and a Middle School principal for one year in Upstate New York. Before that, I worked for Horry County Schools for 12 years serving as an Assistant Principal at Socastee High School(Go Braves!), a district learning specialist for Special Education as well as a high school special education teacher. I hold a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and two Master's Degrees, one in Special Education and the other in Secondary Administration.
I've been married for 31 years and we have two children, Benjamin, 27 and Ashley, 24.
Our other children are our pets!...Pickles who is in the picture with me and Snickers. We love to travel and spend time with family. I love to share my pictures and stories with my colleagues who I spend time with and learn from every day!
