This is my 14th year at ARC -- Hoola Boola!

My wife, Jenny, is also a teacher -- Copeland Elementary in Augusta.

By choice, I have been teaching 9th-graders my entire career. Strange man, huh? I also teach in the International Baccalaureate School at ARC. It's quite a feat to shift from Freshmen to upperclassmen on a daily basis.

I was graduated from Augusta State University (Augusta College way back then, now know as Georgia Regents University -- it's a long story).

I sincerely enjoy the other English teachers at the school -- all eleven of them.

I like working for our Principal -- her expectations are high, but she doesn't nag us.

I relish a Heineken on Friday afternoons with my teacher friends. Teachers don't actually live in a vacuum.

I've been to Prom for thirteen straight years.
