About Mrs. Carrie Jean Rathmell

This is my 8th year teaching music.
I have taught at Whittier Elementary and Brunswick Elementary.
I am originally from Lewistown, PA where I attended Lewistown Area HS.
I have a degree in Music Education from Indiana University of PA (IUP)
and a Masters in Music Education from the University of Maryland.
I live in Frederick County with my husband, Josh.
I enjoy playing French horn with the Frederick Symphony Orchestra, a community orchestra.
