About Mrs. Libby McCandless

I am currently teaching High School Freshmen. Next semester I'll have Freshmen and Juniors. I am in my 7th year at Atkins High School, having been there since the school's inception. I have a BFA in acting from UNCG, as well as a BA in English. I also have an M.Ed in English Education from UNCG. My first career was acting and I am currently the sponsor for Theatre Arts and Glee at Atkins.
