I would like to inspire the next generation of scientists who will discover great things and solve current and future global problems. I'd like to maintain a classroom climate which is relaxed and favors individual expression without any unnecessary disruptions to the learning environment. That means we all need to respect each other, be tolerant of others' opinions, and act responsibly. Mutual respect can harness the best of each of us for the benefit of all of us as we explore the interesting world of science together. We each have something positive to contribute!
