I was a nerd long before popular culture decided that daggy clothes, thick rimmed glasses and social awkwardness were cool!

Interested in literature, history and politics and as a result I am a passionate History/English teacher and an avid traveller.

I am naive/idealistic enough to see the good in everyone because every person is the way they are for a reason and I refuse to judge a person until I have stepped in their shoes and seen the world from their perspective. Empathy is the tool by which we can make our world a better place. We control the kind of world we live in, we all have a voice and should stand up for what we believe is right!
